St. Anthony’s Hospital
Faced with the challenges of developing a modern healthcare campus in an urban neighborhood, St Anthony Hospital was forced to make a decision: either move out or build up. St Anthony’s commitment to their midtown Oklahoma City campus is now a well-documented success. The Pavilion would be the crowning achievement of the expansion and modernization of the St. Anthony Midtown Oklahoma City campus.
The Pavilion is a 4-story, 110,000 SF facility that houses a modern Emergency Room, 72 new inpatient beds and a helipad. It is connected to the main hospital and serves as a connector for patient care.
The exterior of the facility is comprised of a combination of materials including the clean lines of Artform Forma™ panels. Not only does Forma™ provide a durable finish that carries up to a 30 year warranty, it provides the ultimate in design flexibility. With standard panel sizes as large as 5’ x 16’,configuring the geometry of a the hospital’s fascade becomes a much easier challenge. Multi-sided panels and custom angles are possible as showcased on the new ER canopy. Artform’s digital workflow provides for a start to finish process that ensures accuracy with high-resolution laser scanning, panel modeling in Autodesk Revit™ and CNC cutting and forming.
