Scissortail Park Sky Pillars

Lining the promenade of Scissortail Park, from Oklahoma City Boulevard to the Skydance bridge, are 29 individual sky pillars. Standing 22 ft. high, these mirror finish stainless steel works of art were taken from flat sheets and brake formed into geometrical prisms, featuring embossed perforations which allow the LED light to present various reflections as you move around each mast. These are arranged along the east side of Scissortail Park and encompass the park’s “core to the shore” concept, leading from Downtown OKC to the Oklahoma River.
